Zhongke Bluevale Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongke (Shenzhen) Wireless Semiconductor Co., Ltd. It is the semiconductor research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the CETC team, which is composed of experts and doctoral guides in the field of the third generation semiconductor and RF transceiver analog chip design, including 7 professors and 11 doctors, has obtained 43 invention patents, and has published 250 papers in total. With rich experience in RF power semiconductor research and industrialization, some members have participated in the construction and process production of Shanxi Shuoke Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Factory. The company mainly engages in the research and development of third-generation semiconductor devices and military product solutions. The product line includes miniLED, micro LED, FEM, GaN high-voltage power chips, transceiver communication chips, SIP system integrated SDR chips, full-color night vision devices, bee swarm drones, etc. The product is mainly used in the fields of Internet of Things and fast charging, new energy vehicles, unmanned equipment, artificial intelligence power systems, public transportation, energy, etc.

Corporate Vision

Short term goals (2024-2026)

Complete the construction of a 350nm process 8-inch compound semiconductor production line for independent and controllable production, and increase domestic substitution and market promotion in the fields of consumer electronics, new energy, and equipment.

Mid term goals (2026-2029)

Stabilize the market share of the third-generation semiconductor and launch the fourth generation semiconductor diamond (C) and gallium oxide (GaO) new material power device products and brand position.

Long term goal (2030-2032)

Launch the fifth generation semiconductor carbon nano (SP2) material, develop low-voltage, low-power, high electron transfer transistors and new carbon nano material chips, and continue to increase research and development efforts in military equipment, new energy vehicles, drones, future display technology, and future silicon-based carbon nano chip technology.
